The Leicestershire Education Business Company (LEBC) links business with education allowing young people to learn about work, for work and through work, thus developing wider skills for adult and working life.
We offer schools a wide selection of events supported by volunteers mostly from the world of work to motivate young people about their future working lives. LEBC activities cover both primary and secondary schools and support all areas of the curriculum. Activities range from supporting reading, mentoring young people in secondary school, specific activities for science, engineering, technology and maths, enterprise development for secondary students and work experience placements.
LEBC works in partnership with the local community to develop relationships that enhance the skills of young people for the workplace |
