Our programmes are CHALLENGE: Bringing together teams of young people with trained local facilitators to undertake a challenge to improve their community INSPIRE: Creating residential communities in which individuals can develop their skills, confidence and self-esteem through which they are inspired to achieve their potential (Including The FOCUS Residential and The Company Challenge Residential) EXPLORE: A range of projects and programmes that explore issues affecting young people, their relationships and their communities (Including Workshops - All In One Programme)
